Press "PALCALC it!" to generate laying patterns. Choose from auto-generated options (Standard, Rotated, Alternating). Use the top-view editor to select, move, rotate, copy, or remove boxes. Set layer stacking flips for alternating layers. Preview the full pallet in the isometric view below.
Review your complete solution with technical drawings: isometric, front, side, and top views for consumer package, case, and pallet. See pallet data including weights, volumes, and utilization. If truck simulation is enabled, see how many pallets fit. Use Print/Save as PDF to export.
Switch between metric (mm/kg) and imperial (in/lbs) anytime using the toggle in the header. On the layer editor, click multiple boxes to multi-select, then use action buttons to move them as a group — they snap to edges and won't overlap. Use ◀ ▶ arrows to navigate between pages.

1. Purpose & Disclaimer. PALCALC is a free online pallet loading calculator provided for planning and estimation purposes only. All results are approximate. The Tool does not guarantee optimal or safe pallet configurations. Users are solely responsible for verifying results against applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements before implementation.
2. No Warranty. The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
3. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall PALCALC, its creator, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Tool, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of profits, or business interruption.
4. Intellectual Property. PALCALC, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Laszlo Dobrovolszki. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
5. User Data. The Tool runs entirely in your browser. No personal data, inputs, or calculation results are collected, stored, or transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Third-Party Links. The Tool may contain links to third-party services (e.g., PayPal for donations). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Modifications. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

1. No Data Collection. PALCALC runs entirely in your web browser. We do not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal data, usage data, calculation inputs, or results to any server.
2. No Cookies. The Tool does not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics services, or any form of tracking technology.
3. No Account Required. No registration, login, or personal information is required to use the Tool.
4. Local Processing. All calculations and visualizations are performed locally in your browser. Your data never leaves your device.
5. Feedback & Contact. If you voluntarily send feedback via the feedback form, your message is sent directly through your email client. We only receive what you choose to send. We do not store email addresses or messages beyond normal email retention.
6. Donations. Donation payments are handled entirely by PayPal. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. Please refer to PayPal's privacy policy for details.
7. Third-Party Services. The Tool loads fonts from Google Fonts. Please refer to Google's privacy policy regarding font delivery.
8. Children's Privacy. The Tool is not directed at children under 13, though no personal data is collected from any user.
